Car Accident Repairs

We have state of the art diagnostic equipment, fully trained and highly experienced staff, we are 60% cheaper than main dealers on servicing and we pride ourselves on great customer care.

When your vehicle arrives at one of our workshops you will be met by a member of staff who will log in your vehicle.Your vehicle will then be viewed by one of our assessors; they will then identify the extent of the damage and the estimated workshop time to repair the vehicle. This information is then electronically sent to your insurance company to help them quickly assess your claim.

Upon approval from your insurance company your vehicle will be scheduled for repair and we'll give you an estimated completion date; whilst your vehicle is in for repair we offer a courtesy car facility.  Once repair work starts on your vehicle a final assessment is made by our assessors. If this has changed from the original quote we will contact your insurance company for re-approval. Now we start the process of repairing your vehicle.

We are proud to offer a Complete Accident Management service, from the moment the incident happens we take the pressure & worry out of getting you back on the road.

We deal with insurance claims every day so in the unfortunate event of an accident, call us first so we can explain what to do first. And if the accident isn't your fault we can also claim that cost for you.

We keep you updated at every step of the way as we appreciate this is already an inconvenient & stressful time.
