What should I do?
If your vehicle is involved in an altercation with another vehicle - or an inanimate object - please call us and we can tell you the next steps to take. Swap details with any other people involved at the scene but never admit liability. Call you insurance company even if you are not sure whether or not to claim; they need to know if the vehicle has been in an accident even if there is no immediate visible damage.
Driveable Vehicles: You can come in for an estimate anytime without the hassle of making an appointment. Monday - Friday 8am to 6pm or on a Saturday 8am to 12.30pm.
Undriveable Vehicles: If you do not think that your vehicle is roadworthy then we can either come and carry out a mobile estimate to check over the vehicle, or arrange to collect it on our transporter.(Please note that mobile estimates are subject to staff availability.)
Not sure whether to make a claim? If you are concerned that the repairs may be too costly or that your premium will increase next year, just call in for a chat and we will provide you with a quotation so that you can contact your insurance company to discuss the options.
What courtesy car will I get? We supply class A courtesy cars free of charge which are all under 3 years old and have under 60,000 miles on the clock.
Courtesy Car Insurance: Due to our motor traders policy, we have a considerably higher excess than usual so we ask you to insure the courtesy car fully comprehensively so that in the event of any damage, you will have a lower excess to pay. Just one phone call to your insurance company with the replacement car details the day before is all that's necessary so we can get written confirmation from your insurers that the car is fully covered.
