Bodyshop Reception Manager

Whilst being the newest member of the BRC family, Rich brings to us over 25 years of experience in the prestige motor vehicle body & repair industry, including 10 years with an independant Porsche approved bodyshop and 13 years with a BMW Main Dealership and high end classic sports car dealer in London.

Having started his apprenticeship with Frank Ludlow Ltd in 1986 after leaving school, Rich has progressed through the ranks from workshop floor to Bodyshop Reception Manager, a role that he has now held for over 13 years.

Rich says "Over the years, I have been very fortunate to work alongside some truly amazing role models & mentors. This has instilled in me, many valuable qualities, not least a good work ethic, attention to detail, the desire to give outstanding customer service and quality repairs that are right the first time and on time, as well as always going the extra mile for my colleagues and customers alike.

Interests

Rich loves keeping fit, running & taking part in the occasional Duathlon and has set himself a goal of competing in his first sprint distance Triathlon in the not too distant future. He enjoys all things 'Classic Car', and is a keen Traction Kiter too. Rich is also a fully qualified Level 2 swimming teacher and has previously coached and chaired a successful children's competitive swimming club. Rich enjoys nothing more than spending time with his family & friends and enjoying life.
