National Apprenticeship Week 2026 – Meet Our Apprentices
At Brian Robson Coachworks, we are proud to support passionate individuals as they grow, learn, and build successful careers within our business. This National Apprenticeship Week, we’re celebrating the dedication and talent of our apprentices and graduates across our sites.
From first steps in the industry to full qualification, we’re committed to supporting every stage of the journey. Meet eight of our current and former apprentices who are shaping their futures with us.
- Tom – Ex MET Apprentice, St Albans
Qualified in 2025, Tom turned his passion for working on cars at home into a successful career in the automotive industry. His dedication and drive have helped him progress into a valued member of our team.
- Dolly – Paint Apprentice, Welwyn Garden City
After completing work experience with us, Dolly felt instantly at home within the team. Enjoying the role so much, she returned as an apprentice and is now known for her outstanding attention to detail and pride in her work.
- Max – MET Apprentice, Welwyn Garden City
Looking for something more challenging than traditional mechanical work, Max found the hands-on and varied nature of MET work the perfect fit. He thrives in a role that keeps him learning every day.
- Reece – MET Apprentice, Hatfield
With a strong interest in the automotive industry, Reece chose this career path to develop specialist skills and gain valuable industry experience.
Building Careers Across Our Sites
We’re proud to invest in future talent across all our branches. Here are four more apprentices and graduates who are developing their careers with Brian Robson Coachworks:
- Jason – Paint Apprentice, St Albans
Driven by his love for cars, Jason chose an apprenticeship for the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and secure a long-term career after qualifying.
- Freddy – Panel Apprentice, Hatfield
Freddy values the close-knit community within our Hatfield branch and enjoys being part of a supportive and encouraging team environment.
- Adam – Panel Apprentice, St Albans
Adam loves being hands-on and working with vehicles. An apprenticeship allows him to avoid desk-based work and focus on what he enjoys most.
- Jack – Ex Paint Apprentice, St Albans
Qualified in 2025, Jack chose an apprenticeship to gain practical experience and strong career prospects. In 2024, he was a finalist for Bodyshop Magazine’s Paint Apprentice of the Year—a fantastic achievement.
